We pick up the finest mature haddock direct from Grimsby give it a light brine, air dry for the day and then gently smoke it in our brick kilns. The most delicious naturally smoked haddock!
Instructions for use: Poach for 7 mins in a mixture of water and milk, infused with bayleaf and peppercorns.
Store below 5°C. Suitable for home freezing.
