As easy as it suggests - for 2 as a light lunch:
Golden Roast Salmon x 1 packet
Jersey Royals x 250g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch sugar and sea salt
White Wine Vinegar / Lemon Juice
1. Put the potatoes in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring to an unsalted simmer for about 15 mins depending on potato size.
2. While the potatoes cook, whisk all the dressing ingredients together - the oils should be 3-1 vis-a-vis the vinegar and lemon juice.
3. Once cooked, cut the potatoes in half and allow to steam off. Then very gently tumble everything together, drizzling dressing as you go. By hand is the way.
